Hi, I am a qualified Counsellor who is experienced in helping people with many different
issues such as Relationship Issues, Anger Management, Depression and Anxiety.
I offer a confidential service, where trust and respect are of paramount importance
to me in our counselling relationship.
I believe that counselling can change people’s life. It can help them to see a situation
differently and help them to see that there is hope no matter what the issue.
I know that it can feel daunting coming for counselling but I will do my best to
make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Counselling is a therapy that is extremely
beneficial. It helps you look at difficulties and problems that you may be experiencing.
I will listen to your issues with empathy and insight, giving you feedback and a
fresh perspective. Sometimes you only need a couple of sessions to start to feel
better about your situation.
