Wellbeing workshops
The wellbeing workshops are a very informal and friendly way of helping people overcome some everyday problems that they may encounter or just maybe want to learn more about the subjects being discussed.
Courses will normally take place in Brackley and with a minimum of 4 people per course.
Each place will be £15 per person
Anxiety and ways to help overcome it
This is a course to help people who feel Anxiety is starting to control there life. It is also for people who are suffering with panic attacks. We will look at what Anxiety is, what it does to your body and ways to try and help you reduce its effects. We will also look into ways that you help you relax.
How to feel happier about your life and to feel back in control
This is a course which will show you how to enjoy life more and to start to take control of the things in your life that are causing you to feel unhappy. We cannot always change a situation but we can manage the way that we think and feel about it.
How to improve your self-Esteem and confidence
This is a course which will help you to start to feel better about the way that you feel about yourself and to help you feel more confident. We will look at ways to stop that internal voice from bullying you and start to believe in yourself. We will also look at how to challenge the negative thoughts that we can have about ourselves.
Ways to help you reduce your stress levels
We will look at stress and how it affects your body. The workshop will show you ways to reduce your stress levels and to help you relax more. We can experience stress in so many ways and situations such as work, home or with our children. Once we understand what stress is and what it does to the body we can then start and take control back and lesson the effects it has on us.
Parenting stress
Being a parent can be one of the most rewarding things we will ever do but it can also be one of the most frustrating too!!!. I will help to lower your stress levels and to help you feel more in control of your anger, patience and anxiety levels. We will also look at ways to help you relax.
